Rules Of The School

Every students is expected to follow the school rules sincerely

1 The students must be in time and leave as soon as the school is over.

2. The diary must be brought daily.

3. Always complete the home work and have parent’s signature in diary

4. All students should be cleanly and neatly dressed. The school uniform is to be worm all working days. A student who is untidily dressed may be sent back home.

5. Every students is expected to keep up standards of the school by his/her conduct and good manners both in and out of the school.

6. Students will not be allowed to go home early, unless the parents come personally to collect their children or unless the students have had written permission from the their parents. Students who will go on half day will take got pass from office.

7. Do not bring any expensive article like gold ring, digital watch, ear ring, analog watch, mobile phone, hand band, hand ring any sharp objects like knife, hail cutter etc. eatable things like toffees, chocolates, amla, ground nuts, kurkure, namkeen, biscuit etc. to the school, school is not responsible if they are lost.

8. Absentees will not be allowed to attend classes without producing a valid “leave application”

9. Parents are not allowed to see their children during school hours.

10. If a child is sick and if any infectious disease strikes, parents should not sent the children to school till the danger of infection has passed.

11. Like knife, nail cutter etc, eatable things like toffees, chocolates, amla, ground nuts, kurkure, namkeen, biscuit etc.

General Guidelines Guardians for Parents Guardians

Parents are expected to co-operate with school in ensuring that:

(a) Their ward is on time, a regular students with attendance below 80% will not be allowed to take exams for promotion to the next higher class.

(b) Their child bring complete books according to the time table.

Parents requested to:

(a) Go through the diary on regular basis, signature where ever required.

(b) Write their remarks whenever required.

(c) Go though the school circulars, so as to keep themselves updated with the school activities.

Parents- Teachers meeting will be held at the time of declaration of results. Kindly attend the same for the general interest of the child.

Co-operate on maintaining discipline and see that children prepare their lessons and do their home work regularly.

Kindly grace the sports Day, Annual Day, National Day whenever requested by School.

Send your ward in proper school uniform.

Be in regular contact with class teacher for better results.

Rules Regarding Free

Fee is to be paid in three installments by 10th April, 10th July and 10th october.

The parents are expected to deposit the school fee on the due dates in cash, draft or phonepe or local cheques in favour of “Akash Convent School”.

If the fee is not deposited within the prescribed time, late fee Rs. 5 per day will be charged.

Fees must be deposited at school cash counter and receipt of fees must be taken.

Result of the Student will not be given if fees are in arrears.

School Conveyance

School bus facility is available to commute the students with in the city and villages.

However, this facility cannot be claimed by any student as a matter of right. Those who wish to avail transport facility from school must pay the fee in two installment along with school fee. The school management will not be responsible for any accident/mishappening/other cause accident by naturally and school conveyance Bus of student in any condition.

Bus will not wait for late comers. All the students are expected to reach the bus stop at least five minutes before arrival time of the bus. Every student will be charged conveyance fee for twelve months

School Library

School has a well stocked library. There are books of all subject, reference books, encyclopedias, journals, magazines and newspapers. Students shall develop the habit of reading good literature. They must take proper care of books and magazines used by them. Students are allowed to get issued two books from library once a week.

Code Of Conduct

Every students of ACS must care take of the following points.

1. To be neatly and smartly dressed.

2. To converse only in English in the School

3. To be polite and courteous to all.

4. To be fair and honest at work, considerate towards the rights of others.

5. To keep the class rooms and school premises neat and clean, waste papers should be thrown in dustbin only.

6. To be well disciplined in the school campus

7. To be present in school in time

8. Not to be absent without written permission from the principal

9. To be true Indian, love rich culture heritage and civilization.
